一、报名要求
1、各队报名人员曾接受过游泳训练。
2、各队限报名人数。
(1)人员组成：
各队限报名13人，其中领队1人，参赛运动员10人，替补2人。
(2)参赛运动员：
男子组：每组10人，包括8名桨手，1名鼓手,1名舵手。
报名人员须接受过游泳训练。每个单位须有1名领队带队，且一个单位可以组建多支队伍。
二、注意事项
1、本次龙舟大赛的比赛地点设于大明湖;大赛组委会提供技术咨询、训练场地及比赛训练器材(龙舟、船桨、鼓)。各参赛队伍无论是在训练和比赛期间都要严格遵守景区的管理规定。
2、每条龙舟均有统一规格的鼓，指挥设在第一划手前面，鼓手设在中舵规定位置，指挥面对舵手。
3、为便于识别，各参赛队伍应统一着装，参赛服上可印制企业宣传图文;各队队旗由组委会统一制作，费用由参赛单位自理;允许参赛单位自备宣传横幅一幅，在比赛期间悬挂于大赛组委会指定位置;允许各单位组建啦啦队(限30人，在比赛日当天集体由景区东门入园)，可自行准备小刀旗(限定数量，将于训练期间公布)插于湖边。
4、为保障参赛队伍的训练和比赛的安全，承办单位将提供每船配套的.救生衣(每人一件)供各参赛队员轮流使用，各队队员应爱惜使用，如出现损坏时，使用人应照价赔偿。
5、如各队需要自行为参赛队员配备自用的救生衣时，承办方将协助进行购买，如需加印企业标识时费用另行协商。
6、如果条件许可，请各参赛队为队员们办理好保险。如果在比赛期间发生伤残等事故，由此所发生的医疗等一切费用均由所在单位或个人负责。
7、报名结束后，通知参赛队伍召开赛前预备会，会议将根据各参赛队的不同情况对本次比赛的具体训练时间及有关事宜做好赛前安排。届时，请各领队到会。

“棕子香，香厨房。艾叶香，香满堂。桃枝插在大门上，出门一望麦儿黄。这儿端阳，那儿端阳，处处都端阳。”农历五月初五，是中国民间的传统节日——端午节，它是中华民族古老的传统节日之一。五月五日，月、日都是五，故称重五。如将一年比一天，岁中五月恰如一日之正午，或许就是后来“五”渐渐通为“午”的原因了，故端五又即端午;又因午时为“阳辰”，所以端五也叫“端阳”。
初夏的南留村，青山如黛，麦浪金黄。西安华德福学校诚挚地邀请各位家长朋友来到终南山下，和孩子们一起，包粽子、看偶戏、赛龙舟，体味传统端午节庆，度过快乐的节日。
一、时间：6月10日(星期一)上午，9:30签到，10:00正式开始，12：10结束。
二、具体流程：
10:00：晨圈、舞龙，热热闹闹过节日。
10:30：偶戏表演，安静地体味端午节的故事。
10:45：音语舞表演。
11:00-12:00：赛龙舟、包粽子、编五彩绳，感受中国传统文化。
12:00：再见圈，赠送端午礼物，活动圆满结束。
三、有关事项：
1、活动地点：西安雁引路南留村西安华德福小学院内。
2、参与人员：本校在校学生及家长、今年9月申请入学的孩子及家长。
3、收费标准：一大一小共50元，两大一小共70元。(此标准根据材料等基本成本制定)
四、温馨提示：
1、由于停车位置有限，请各位家长朋友尽量拼车前来(请大家务必重视，尽量帮忙减少停车压力)。部分车辆可停在村口星期八农家乐院内。村北道路可通行，进入村内请减速慢行。
2、庆典现场缴费、签到，领取游艺卡。
3、庆典现场备有酸梅汤等饮品，请自带水杯，家长也可为孩子带一些健康点心。
4、请各位家长看顾好孩子，各活动现场有秩序地排队，垃圾请放入垃圾篓内。
