secondly, led by the reforming and opening policy of china, lhasa has changed a lot. many new things have arrived up here, changing the face of the city. the old and new lie side by side in lhasa.
many new buildings, schools and roads have been built here. furthermore, the qing-zang railway leading to lhasa is being built. many shopping centers have been opened, and modern technology like telecommunications is spreading. the whole city looks prosperous, and our tibetan people take on a new look. every festival, people walk around freely on the new, wide and smooth streets, wearing the beautiful traditional costumes.
right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival e_hibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

the reason of this vandalism is mainly related to the people who are out of boredom and the shortage of security. nowadays, most teenagers like to spend their time through hanging out with friends. when they have nothing to play or any recreational activities, the playground may be targeted as an amusement for spending their time. due to teenagers are now in the process of building self-worth and self-esteem, they will try to do something over in order to get the peer recognition. for instant, the teenagers pretend to be a leader through destroying the facilities. in these recent years, these selfish and irresponsible behaviors under the fabricating, e_aggerating from social media, started becoming rationalized. that’s why the playground vandalism happens. secondly, it is because of the shortage of security guards. if there is security guard checking the playground regularly, to deter any vandalism promptly, this phenomenon will not happen.
to solve the problem, establishing a youth centre and forming a management committee are the best ways to solve the problem. since teenagers are having more free time, their needs of recreational activity are relatively elevated. therefore, if there’s any activity or place to let them spend their free time, they will naturally lose interest in the destruction of the park, so as to protect the playground’s facilities and relieve the serious vandalism efficaciously. establishing a youth centre is the best way to let the teenagers getting the community involved and spends their free time. in the youth centre, it will be provided some sporting equipment, chess game for them to play. also, the youth centre will organize some activities for teenagers to enrich their life and help them to build up self-esteem, responsibility and self-worth. let them can get into the community involved in the future easily.
second, it’s about the security. due to the shortage of security guard, the teenagers can go to destroy the park whenever they want. nobody cares about it and looks after the place. it’s conceivable that the vandalism will continuously happen if there isn"t any security guard. in contrast, if there is a management committee to supervise the playground, patrol it regularly, teenagers will behave more appropriate if they know that someone is watching them, so as to protect our facilities.
the situation now needs urgent attention! the e_isting playground is broken and dangerous for young children to play in. it’s not just vandalism, is a danger bomb in the society! if the problem cannot be solved promptly, it will become a vicious cycle, fully threaten our children safety and our daily life. therefore, i earnestly urge the relevant departments to face and solve this problem immediately, so as to protect our children and facilities.

for our students, marks is above everything. teachers will judge us from our marks. with marks we can be enrolled into junior middle schools. with marks, we can be enrolled into senior middle schools. with marks we can be enrolled into college. with marks we can be enrolled into postgraduate and doctrine studies. still with marks we can be graded and be allowed to go abroad for further studies. our parents will be strict with us with the marks. our society judge us from marks. however, sometimes we students compare one another with marks directly. we are completely controlled by marks. we like them and we feel sorry for them. but what attitude towards our marks should we take?
truly, marks functions cannot be underestimated. in terms of test in our study, marks are fair and real. that is the reason why we say "everyone is equal before marks. "
however, i think marks are the sole standard to judge the success or failure of students in e_ams. sometimes, marks more than ten or less than one or two in our e_ams comparing with others mean not everything. the success or failure in e_ams will be influenced by e_perience on the spot and the e_aminee"s health etc. once in a while one cannot fail in e_ams. " success or failure is common sense for military. " i think everyone is familiar with the famous saying. don"t you think such will be the case with our study? in e_ams, one cannot be " never-defeated general" . even though one will be very good in everyday study, he cannot succeed in every e_am sometimes. we can get proof from the fact that the very best one we call "number one scholar" in the entrance e_ams for college and ordinary middle school and specialized secondary school over the years is not eminent above all others nor top student in every study.
as a matter of fact, "high marks" and "ability" are not unified. some time ago, a new phrase " high marks but poor competence" came into being. once i happened to meet such a teacher as this .it is said that the teacher just graduated from a far-famed key university. but his teaching result is much less than that of the one who just graduated from a not-well-renowned college. when lecturing, the teacher only repeated what the te_t-books says, which was very dull so the his students" interest in learning was not aroused. his teaching was short of unity of teaching and learning. at present there is a fact that we know a few brilliant and top college graduates are not qualified for their posts. the reason for it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge learnt from books with pragmatics in their work. students of this kind will be successful in every e_am but they will be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts. don"t you think it waste training such persons for the country?
to sum up from the above, i can say marks are not absolutely authoritative for some. if we neglect training and developing the students" ability and competence and if we only seek for the high marks, we will be absolutely wrong. we should take an objective attitude towards the marks. neither should we neglect them nor should we overvalue them like a god.

我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。
新教材与初中的教材跨度很大，要求也上了几个台阶，对孩子们具有比较大的难度。细心的家长可能就会发现，高中的课本和初中的课本相比，无论是从词汇量，语法还是课文篇幅的长短都有了明显的区别，初中的内容相当简单，它简直就是三年级知识的巩固，稍微有所延伸，而高一一下子就接触并需要掌握两种时态。所以，有些同学很不能适应，初中学得轻松，还考好成绩，怎么到了高一不行了，这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的习惯没有养成，不够勤奋。在这里，我要点名表扬几位学生，她们学习态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩。另外我还要提几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水平，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成我布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。
目前的形势决定了英语学科的重要性，请各位家长务必重视英语这一学科，你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？听录音机跟读，目的应该是两种，一种同学是上课没有完全消化，听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。
接下来是读。有句话："读书破万卷，下笔如有神。"学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。
最后是写。主要就是单词短语的默写，这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。还有句型，学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。课后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词短语的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。我的要求是：
